NYC Postcards - Plaza at Rockefeller Center (Reverse)

Plaza of Rockefeller Center - New York City. This unique Lower Plaza is an outdoor dining place in summer and a skating rink in winter. The plaza is dominated by the world famous statue of Prometheus, and the Prometheus Fountain. THe flags of the United Nations are flown on the esplanade around the plaza.

09/08/69 - 2PM. Hi - we arrived at 5:30pm on Sunday and my feet feel like they've been walking ever since. We've walked down Broadway to Times Square and then back up 5th to Rockefeller Plaza & then today went up to Lincoln Center. Talk about tourists! - Grace.
